Modifying Alert Email Frequency or Unsubscribe to Emails
Sometimes the frequency for Waiver Alert or Player Alert emails can be too much or not enough. You can easily change the setting in the footer of the email itself by clicking on LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, or OFF.
You can also modify the setting on the profile page.
In the footer of every email we send, there is an option to unsubscribe from that particular email type or all emails. Click in the Manage Email Preferences link in the footer of the email to select specific emails to unsubscribe from or all of them.
When unsubscribing from emails, the "User Action Emails" are important because they contain password reset information and billing invoices and billing reminders.
